TRAVELODGE BY WYNDHAM QUEBEC CITY HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTRE, Quebec City – A Smart Stay in the City

Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready, and the hotel, inside old Quebec, was lit with dim lamps. However, the location is convenient even though it might be a bit far from downtown. The service received was exceptional, with helpful assistance finding local attractions, although requesting soap for the room was redirected. The restaurant offered good, hot meals with various options, yet at an additional charge. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows.

The hotel is in a decent location, close to amenities but lacked certain room essentials. The service was slightly unpleasant due to some missed considerations. The dining experience was costly but of good quality. Facilities were satisfactory overall.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant. The rooms were modern, equipped with a fridge and a Keurig, and impeccably clean.

The hotel room was not as pictured on the website when we checked in, but it was immaculately clean. The coffee maker and fridge were convenient, and the temperature control worked well. The service was a mix of highs and lows; we encountered the worst customer service ever but also found some exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff. The location was good for my needs, being close to my exam location, but it was disappointing that it wasn't as centrally located as advertised. Although the dining experience wasn't well advertised and came at an additional cost, the food quality was good and offered a variety, especially for the kids. Overall, the hotel had its strengths and weaknesses, making for a mixed experience.
